(vii) We do not include or provide any personal cover. We would recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any possible personal and medical expenses.
(viii) Our arrangement with our suppliers is for the full-time period you have booked. As you have paid us for your vehicle, for the number of days in the contract, we will have already paid them prior to you picking it up. If you decide to return the car early, by hours or days we will not receive any refund or credit, neither will you! We can always look to extend the time period after pick up if you wish, but we cannot reduce the number of days once the car is picked up. Any reduction in the rental period must be agreed upon prior to pick-up and any pricing will be adjusted accordingly at that point
(ix) All tolls, except for the M50, are paid as you go. The M50 has to be paid online or in a petrol station or convenience by 8 pm the following day. If you don’t pay the toll you will have the toll plus an admin charge debited to your credit card on file.
Our rental partners will offer you the possibility to use an in-car device for toll payment.
Please note that this is a service purchased directly with Enterprise and we have no connection to that. It’s your decision whether to use it or not, but in the event of choosing the toll device, please make sure you have all information needed from them as we won’t be able to assist you with that, only refer you to the device operating company.
